If you’re looking to add a fun and meaningful activity to your school holiday program, next event or after care schedule, book us in for Kids Yoga Classes.
We’ll work closely with you and customise the classes to meet your needs. Rest assured we’ll deliver a fun yoga experience that encourages the children to discover their inner potential in a non-threatening environment and to feel good about themselves, both inside and out.

- They’re introduced to their Magical Breath and experience how breath can be used to feel calm or build energy
- They explore their amazing bodies while building strength, flexibility and balance
- They experience Mindful Moments – mindful activities that help them to slow down, become quiet and be present (something we all need more of!)
